Who is the customer
The school or Nation is the customer. Stripe never sees a child’s name. The invoice is to the school.
Short paper · not a 40-page MSA
This is the processing note for a 2026–27 founder-led school. It is not a ministry certification. It is the promise we will keep while we sit in Canadian Postgres.

Ownership, Control, Access, Possession as published by the First Nations Information Governance Centre. We do not certify anyone. The Nation owns the file. Export is always on.
Attendance, enrolment, and report cards are personal information under Saskatchewan’s Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Access is by role. Every export is in the audit trail.
Student work, messages, IIPs, and attendance are not training data. Not ours. Not a vendor’s.
This public site stores nothing of a real student. A paid authority sits on Postgres in Canada (AWS ca-central-1, Montréal). We will not put a live student file on a US-only region.
OneRoster people CSV in (Saturday switch) and out, a daily attendance register, and a JSON pack. If the Nation leaves, they take the file. Until Canada Postgres, that file lives on this device — not on US Neon.
